The Transfer Agent team maintains each fund’s or company’s shareholders’ register, controls all subscription, redemption, switching and transfer orders received from investors and distributors in order to ensure that such orders are received by the respective cut-off times and meet all relevant AML and KYC requirements and finally processes such orders accordingly.

The Transfer Agent team issues confirmations of all subscription, redemption, switching and transfer orders processed and sends furthermore confirmations of holdings to the shareholders according to their requirements.
